SALOMON XW FURY + Z12 TI B90
Don’t be fooled that the new Fury is just a cosmetic update from last year’s model. With a new FULL WOOD CORE, 2 layers of metal and new dimensions this ski is an awesome all-mountain ripper. The new construction gives increased torsional rigidity that lets the Fury rail on hard pack more like a GS ski yet it has enough forgiveness to go into the chop and the crud and not beat you up like a stiff GS ski would. To top it off, the big wide tip and mid-80’s waist give you plenty of float in powder and soft snow. The new Fury is one the best advanced-to-expert all-mountain skis I have skied on and is an excellent choice if you can only buy one ski that does it all.
