One of the Best Movies of the Year
i'm calling it right now folks, Leeward Cinema's "My Own Two Feet" is one of the best snowboard flicks i have seen in a long time. Its all about their crew, including Josh Dirksen, Jeremy Jones, Ben Lynch, Tom Burt, Forrest Shearer, Travis Parker plus more, and how they decided to hike to every spot they went to this year, not to save the world but to challenge themselves and show snowboarding at its rawest form- in the backcountry with no sleds or helicopters! This movie has everything for you groms; it contains one of the funniest edits i have seen in a long time featuring all of the Airblaster crew, and for you big mountain junkies out there...you'll see Jones ripping some of the craziest lines i have ever seen!! all of which was filmed in the Tahoe Backcountry. This is a feel good snowboard flick that tells a great story; if you haven't seen it i highly recommend you pick this one up.
