Donner Lake Wakesurfing Session with Special Guest Jeremy Jones
How's this for a morning wake up routine? Roll out of bed. Drive to Donner Lake. Drop Malibu Wakesetter into a lake that is utterly glassed over without a single other boat on it.
Take a very nice pic of West End Donner Beach with Donner Peak proper in the background showing the old train sheds as well as most of the "Donner Lake Run" mini backcountry line that is a staple for Tahoe locals.
Alex Ruimerman, one of the PortersTahoe Truckee shop managers, getting after it first with an awesome wakesurfing session behind the Malibu Wakesetter LSV insta-wave machine :)
And special guest this morning was big mountain legendary snowboarder Jeremy Jones. Jeremy has been a longtime sponsored athlete from O'Neill, and his backside surfing skills would've made all the O'Neill boys proud.....
And my favorite shot from the entire morning.....a mini floater.....ah today was a good day!!
