How do I view and/or change information in My Account?
What if I forget my Login or Password?

• How do I create an account?
• If this is your first time visiting us, you can click on MY ACCOUNT at the very top right of the site to create one.  If you’ve already started shopping on the site and putting items in the shopping cart, once you click on the “Check-Out” button it will prompt you for your account.  On the right side if will first ask you for your email.  Please choose the most appropriate email where you’ll receive info, updates, alerts, etc. from us in a timely fashion.  Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.  Whatever address you choose here will determine if you will receive no sales tax on your order(s) (see Why do I have to pay sales tax when everyone who lives outside California doesn’t?) 

• How do I view and/or change information in My Account?
• Click on MY ACCOUNT at the top right upper corner of the site.  After logging in you will be directed to your account page.  You have the option to edit your customer information (see Edit), edit your shipping address (see Edit), Change your password, or Change your email address.
• What if I forget my Login or Password?
• Your login is simply your email address you provided us.  If you forget your password we will send it to the email address that you provided us when you set up your account.
