The Elan Spire is the choice of the freeriding purist. The laminated woodcore, beneath the aluminium topsheet, delivers a progressive flex pattern, welcome on every kind of terrain, from powder to groomed snow. The Dual titanium reinforcements ensures long-lasting performance and lighweight durability, while the incorporated carbon and SST sidewalls reinforce further the ski’s structural integrity. - THIN ALU PROFILE: The thin aluminium profile is specifically developed for Elan’s freeride skis. Thinest profile on the market is achieved by direct print on aluminium construction. Skis have reduced weight for outstanding flotation and versatility and maintain maximum responsiveness and optimized flex with torsional stability.
- RESORT ROCKER: Moderate tip rocker for better floatation, easier turn initiation and manouvering in varied snow conditions. Combined with slight camber it asures great turning and stability on groomed slopes.
- SST SIDEWALLS: Sidewall Construction features a vertically placed ABS material above the edges from tip to tail of the ski. Sidewall offers direct power transmission from skier foot to the edge for control and stability at speeds and provides acceleration out of the turns.
- CHANNEL WOODCORE: Superlight core with air channels along the complete laminated woodcore enables lower weight and smoother flex pattern. This unique construction is combined with thin alu profile on Elan's Summits Series
- DUAL TITANIUM: The woodcore is sandwiched with two layers of titanium. Dual TI empowers the skis with enhanced edge control in all snow conditions, ensures a progressive flex pattern and superior responsiveness
