- 1.) Place an order for this product - "Internet Shipping Verification" the price on the item is $5.00 however when we process the order the actual charge will be completely random. WHEN CHECKING OUT SELECT "VERIFICATION" FOR THE SHIPPING METHOD. There is no cost to verify your credit card information; this process is strictly for safety of you the card holder and us the merchant.
- 2.) Once you receive the order confirmation for the verification procedure please wait for an email from our customer service. This email will tell you to log into your bank account or call your credit card / debit card company and look for a charge from Porters Sports Truckee, this charge will not be $5.00 it will be a random amount between .01-$4.99.
- 3.) Now that you have the random amount that we charged you between .01 and $4.99 reply to the original email that we sent you asking you to check your account with that random amount, or you can email help@porterstahoe.com or call us at 1-866-967-6783, once we confirm that is the correct amount that we randomly charged you we will ship your order(s) or you are now able to purchase with international credit cards, place orders over $500 or use alternate shipping address not on file with credit card company.
