How long have you been skiing?

Well, I started skiing when I was two, making this upcoming season my 13th.

What is your favorite part of life on the road?
I love seeing all the new faces and meeting all the new people. Few people have this opportunity and I have to take advantage of it. Also, traveling with my friends and the great times we have together.

What is the worst part of life on the road?
I would have to say, carrying around all my luggage.

What skiers inspire you and why?
Pretty much every pro skier, because they have achieved what I hope to achieve. In particular, Jon Olson because he has brought double flips to be a standard in any big competition.

You’ve been hyped as the next big thing and sponsored since you were 12.  How does that make you feel?
Honestly it's a bit unreal. I still can't believe how much progress I've made and now I'm just taking it one year at a time.

What has been the most exciting/important moment of your career thus far?
It would have to be... getting 3rd place in the 14-17 age division of the Crested Butte Extreme Skiing Championship last year. It was totally unexpected as it was my first big mountain competition and I was thrilled.

What do you like about being in Tahoe and how has it affected your skiing?
Tahoe has everything!!! In particular, Squaw Valley has every kind of terrain, and their park has really picked up in the last few years. And of course, KT-22 can't be beat on a powder day.

What does it mean to you to ride for Porters Tahoe, and what do you feel you will bring to their team?
Riding for Porters Tahoe is a great relationship that I hope will last for a long time. I will spread the word about it and have stickers on all of my gear. Also, I think I represent the young guys out there, the so called "groms/up and comers."

You are only 15, which means that you have quite a few years of shredding ahead of you…….. What are some of your major career plans/goals?
Basically, I would love to go pro and live the lifestyle of a pro skier. Traveling with friends to different competitions, going heli-skiing, all the great things of being a pro skier. Within a competition stand point, I would love to come in the top ten for halfpipe in the US Open this year and hopefully be invited to the X-Games  in the next few years.
