All eyes on next week....

Mellow weather for the rest of this week and into the weekend. Slight chance of precip way down South as some energy comes in off the Pacific into the desert tomorrow. Maybe a passing cloud or two with a slow warming trend is in store for Tahoe. Morning lows @ or below freezing and afternoon highs topping out near 60F.
All eyes are on next week for the first real series of storms for the infantile winter season. I mean "series" of storms. A powerful Pacific jet will send storms into the PacNW after this weekend. The question for Tahoe is, will the jet sag South enough to give us the juice? If it does it we could get substantial snows in the hills. I'll keep you in the loop.
